Please note that we are following guidelines for the Covid19 “Stay at Home” order and are closed for in-person sales. However, we are open for online and phone orders (US sales). Shipping:
Most orders placed Monday through Friday before 3pm ET ship out the same day (excludes holidays). Orders placed on the weekend will normally ship on the following Monday. UPS and Fedex ground shipping to the east coast is 2-3 business days, west coast – 4-5 business days – Florida is 3 business days. USPS priority mail shipping is available for many orders, and normal transit time is 1-8 days within the lower 48 states. Orders containing Lithium and Lithium-ion batteries cannot be transported by air and can take longer to arrive. Expedited shipping is also available. Shipping confirmations are sent via email on the day of shipment after 5pm ET.

Free Standard Shipping:
BrightGuy is currently offering Free standard shipping on orders with a product total of $60 or more shipping within the lower 48 states. Free standard shipping will be USPS mail, Fedex or UPS ground (at BrightGuy’s discretion).  Please allow 2-14 days for delivery when choosing free shipping.

Shipping to APO Addresses:
All APO orders are shipped via priority mail, insured. Shipping confirmations are sent via email on the day of shipment after 5pm ET. Actual shipping charges will be added to the order.

International Orders:
Orders shipping outside of the US and Canada are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) or Fedex. For online international orders, the BrightGuy website calculates an estimated shipping charge. We will send email notification of the actual shipping charge for customer approval before shipping and billing. Please keep in mind that for all international orders there may be import duties and/or taxes due. There may also be additional brokerage fees due, and those fees may be high. The customer is responsible for any and all additional charges. The customer is also responsible for shipping charges on returned items, replacement items and exchanges including defective items. NOTE: Due to German packaging requirements that went into effect on January 1, 2019, we currently cannot ship to Germany. Also, Lithium and Lithium-Ion batteries not installed in the equipment they are intended to operate cannot be exported.
