What are the two lighting modes on the Wedge?
The Wedge features two modes: constant-on and THRO® (Temporarily Heightened Regulated Output) for maximum brightness. Constant-on delivers 300 lumens for up to 3 hours with a 69m beam, while THRO mode delivers 1,000 lumens in 35-second bursts with a 110m beam.

How do I switch between modes?
Streamlight Wedge has a two-position switch that rotates forward to activate. Rotating the switch forward activates the first setting (constant-on), and rotating it further engages THRO mode.

How bright is the Wedge XT?
It has two modes: High delivers 500 lumens (1,900 candela) with an 87-meter beam distance, and Low provides 50 lumens with a 28-meter beam.

How do I charge it, and can I replace the battery?

Will it turn on accidentally in my pocket?
No – the FIVE-TAP® lockout disables the tail switch so the light can’t activate inside a pocket or bag. Press the switch 4 times quickly and hold on the 5th press to lock or unlock it.
